Description

The MCR series ultrasonic machine is designed to ultrasonically sew in continuos and to overlap thermoplastic synthetic textiles.

The main part of the machine is monitored by a microprocessor hence obtaining a reliably guaranteed quality and reproducibility of the ultrasonic weld.

Can be operated on a workbench and be personalized as to workbench size or eventual runners/tracks or installed onto an automatic system.

It is equipped with an innovative technology allowing all its functions to be used with an optimal result, through a backlit display, easy to use with its intuitive menu and comes with buttons to directly change work modes.

The contrast wheels are designed according to mould, dimension, material used and taking into consideration the application itself so as to comply with all the requirements at its best.
